I have had my home office set up in the extra bedroom since departing employment some time ago but as it's getting closer to my due date I must re-locate so we can make the spare room into a nursery.

We were contemplating building an extension to the house but because of the design of the rear of the home which currently includes a fabulous leisure area that would have to be sacrificed. The only other alternative is at the front of the property but it means drastically changing the appearance of your property and to really make it appear right we would need to go to great expense to attempt to blend in the extension. 
We have a sizable back yard and have been looking at building some kind of home office at the back way past our entertainment area. This really is looking like the ideal solution. We already got some builders around however the price ranges they're estimating are what I assumed we could build a new house for.

My brother mentioned obtaining a second-hand shipping container that at first didn't appeal to me in the least but he forwarded me a few website pages with good examples of what individuals have done even building whole houses from them and I am a convert. 
The prices they offer for second-hand shipping containers are really very affordable. My hubby is looking forward to doing it as home handyman project. Thankfully the drive way beside the house allows us to bring it to the backyard. The next week end we will see a dealer and buy our home office shipping container.
